DanDin
DanDin vs Willow Voice

Willow Voice is for many languages, DanDin is for Arabic

Both type into any app and tidy your words. Willow costs less and has an iPhone app; DanDin is built around Arabic.

In short

If Arabic is the language you write in most, DanDin was built for you from day one: an Arabic interface, and an Arabic + English mode that writes each sentence in its own language. Willow Voice is a modern dictation app that says it writes in over 100 languages, but its home page and pricing page never name Arabic. Arabic shows up on a separate use-case page and in a blog post that claims "98%+ accuracy" without saying how it was measured. Willow wins on things we will say plainly: Pro is 15 dollars a month or 12 billed yearly, cheaper than DanDin, it has an iPhone app, and Pro includes offline dictation. DanDin is our product. Every Willow fact here comes from its own pages, read on 8 October 2026, and we have not used it.

Common questions

Does Willow Voice support Arabic?

Its home and pricing pages do not name Arabic, but it has a use-case page called "How to use voice dictation in Arabic" and a blog post saying it supports Modern Standard Arabic plus Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine and Maghrebi dialects. We have not tried it, so we only report what it says.

Is Willow Voice free?

Its pages say two different things. The pricing page names an unlimited free plan on a weaker model, and the help centre names a 2,000 word weekly limit. We read both on 8 October 2026. The DanDin free plan is 2,000 words every 7 days.

Which one costs less?

Willow: Pro is 15 dollars a month, or 12 a month billed yearly. DanDin Pro is 16.99 a month or 149 a year. Willow costs less.
